Q – How do you ship the orders and is there

A – We can deliver to most locations in the
MMItri-state area. Depending on your location,
MMIthere may be a delivery chg or you can
MMIalways pick up at our location.
Q – What is method of payment?
A – We accept all major credit cards for payment.
MMICredit applications are available for approval.
Q – Can we see samples at your showroom
MMIor can you mail samples ?
A – By appointment, you can see samples
MMIat our location Monday thru Friday,
MMI9:00am – 5:00 pm. We can mail swatch
MMIsamples also. |

Q – How long do I have for the linen rental?
A – The linen rental is for a maximum of 7 days.
MMIAny late returns or extended rental will be
MMIcharged to the credit card.
Q – Do I need to clean the linen before returning?
A – No linen needs to be cleaned before returning.
MMIAll linens are cleaned and processed
MMIat our facility. When the rental is returned,
MMIit will be counted and inspected. Any damaged
MMIor lost items will be billed at the replacement
MMIcost.
Q – How much notice do you need to place
MMIan order?
A – Most orders we may need only a few days
MMIto set up. However, if you are interested
MMIin our “specialty” linen, we ask for at least
MMIa 7 day notice to ensure we have the proper
MMIinventory. |
